In February, eight Nothnagle agents achieved the ASP designation (Acredited Staging Professional) after completing 16 hours of course work along with hands-on assignments.
ASP course attendees learn about Staging techniques that have been developed and refined over a 30 year period. Home Staging is proven to get top dollar for your home as you prepare it for sale. On average, a properly staged home sells twice as fast. This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your property.
