Last month, Nothnagle received the "Excellence in Performance" award from SIRVA Relocation. This award is given to one real estate company each year and Nothnagle is the 2009 recipient.

For the performance award, brokers are evaluated on average Days on Market of listings and the List Price to actual Sale Price variance. The award was given out last month at the National Employee Relocation Council's annual convention in Orlando, FL.
